Tiny cockroaches coming up bathroom sink drain upper level of house. Also, basement bathroom and kitchen. Most are gone from a previous pest control company who sprayed. But saw a couple more yesterday. We want to get rid of the source. Advice in prevention.

I have tried sealing the crawl space, poinson and sticky traps without any luck. I am about to loose a tenant if I don't get rid of these rats. Please call ASAP.

There may be no squirrels in the house now but they will come in in the fall. We don't hear any in the house now. They will eat their way in the house between the ceiling of the second floor and the floor of the third floor. Want to have the hole closed up so they can't get in any more. You can see the entrance point from the ground. Thank you.

1) Potential termite issue. Noticed a big plank-size chunk of white trim wood along the siding of my chimney gone. Wood underneath looks eaten away. Tap along the white trim from the ground up, and get to a place where it sounds hollow where the trim still exists. 2) Squirrel issue--have had a (one only, I hope) grey squirrel scurrying up the side of our house, into a hole in our eave/siding, and making residence in the attic over our guest room for some time. Ready for extermination and exclusion and repair.

I am inundated with what I call sugar ants. I have tried the strongest product available through my local ACE Hardware store, but to no avail. I would like an opportunity to speak with some reputable firms but I would like to do some due diligence on the company prior to having someone come to my home. I would also like an cost estimate so I can compare. But this is something that I need done YESTERDAY. Thank you.
